This is where retailers can try to get creative and have some fun in the process! ‘Zhnging’ or customising shoes is becoming increasingly popular and white sneakers are also the trending footwear these days. Retailers can tap on to these trends and get artists/designers to help ‘zhng’ white shoes (or school shoes!) they have in stock. The whole process can be documented in a video for sharing on social media. Moreover, retailers can also add a crowdsourcing/contest element to encourage even more buzz.
